The motor yacht Fleur is offered for sale by its first owner. The hull was built by the Conavroegh shipyard, after which the vessel was completed under the owner’s own management. This is a very spacious and comfortably fitted motor yacht. Thanks to its practical layout, there is plenty of living space on board, making permanent residence possible. The current berth on the Veluwemeer can be transferred. A measurement certificate issued by Register Holland confirms that the vessel is not subject to CVO certification requirements. You can easily step onto the level, sheltered side decks via the double access openings in the railing on both the starboard and port side, or via the lower-positioned bathing platform. The aft deck is partly covered and can be furnished with loose outdoor seating. A gently inclined staircase provides easy access to the flybridge. The flybridge can partly be covered with a bimini top and is fitted with an additional helm position. The radar mast is foldable. On the foredeck there is a large storage hatch, suitable for storing items such as a tender. This area also provides access to the battery charger, inverter, batteries, Hollandia spud pole and water connection. The four varnished wooden folding doors provide access to the spacious saloon. The furniture in the saloon will remain on board, with the exception of the piano. The wheelhouse has a side door on both the starboard and port side, allowing quick access to the side decks. The desk near the helm station provides an excellent workspace with a view over the water. From the saloon, a semi-circular staircase leads down to the lower deck. The galley on the lower deck is fully equipped and includes a 4-burner Miele induction hob with extractor hood, a Miele oven/microwave combination and a refrigerator. The coffee machine is not included. In the bow there is a double guest cabin, which also contains a full-size washing machine and dryer. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is freely accessible. The double owner’s cabin is located in the aft section and has an en-suite bathroom. The engine room is separated and has its own access from both the starboard and port side. It offers sufficient standing height and space, making maintenance and inspection of the technical systems comfortable and practical. Mosquito screens for the portholes are present. In January 2026, a new Kabola heating unit was installed. This vessel can be viewed on location at the Veluwemeer.
